Meet the team

Mark J. Field PhD

Co-Founder & CEO

Mark has over 30 years’ experience working in R&D, spanning research, clinical development and senior executive roles.

He led the research at Parke-Davis and Pfizer that identified Gabapentin (Neurontin®) and Pregabalin (Lyrica®) as analgesics. Lyrica now treats millions of pain patients, generating peak revenues of over $5 billion.

Mark invented the Personalized Analgesics® research approach and his research is documented in over 100 manuscripts.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology and the Institute of Science & Technology and is a Visiting Lecturer at King’s College London.

Harald F. Casebourne Stock PhD

Co-Founder & Executive Chairman

Harald is the ex-CEO of Grünenthal, ArjoHuntleigh and OvaScience, with a leadership and board track record in large multi-national, mid-cap and early-stage bio-tech companies, both public and private.

He has a wealth of experience in Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics, Medical Devices and Biotechnology and is passionate about women’s health, pain therapy and oncology.
